1. General Policy
•Once payment (full or installment) is made, it is non-refundable.
•Only in rare, exceptional cases (medical emergencies, relocation, or other unavoidable circumstances), the management may consider refund or credit requests. Decisions will be at the sole discretion of VR Tutorials management.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
•Registration, admission, or processing fees.
•Fees for demo classes, workshops, crash courses, or short-term programs.
•Cases where the student has accessed classes/materials substantially.
3. Installment Defaults
•Non-payment of installments will lead to late charges and possible termination of enrollment.
•Termination due to payment default will not entitle the student to any refund.
