Terms of Service

1. Enrollment & Payments

• •Enrollment is confirmed only upon completion of registration and payment (full or in installments).
• •If you opt for installments, payments must be made on or before the due date. Late fees/charges will apply for delayed payments.
• •Failure to pay installments for three consecutive months may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

2. Demo Classes

• •A demo class may be provided before final enrollment. Once enrolled and payment is made, refund rules apply (see Refund Policy).

3. Attendance & Conduct

• •Students must maintain a minimum of 75–80% attendance to continue availing services.
• •Misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of institute rules may result in removal from the program without refund.

4. Study Material & Content

• •Content provided (notes, assignments, handouts, etc.) is for personal use only.
• •Students may download content uploaded by VR Tutorials, but unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

• •All course material, presentations, tests, and teaching resources remain the property of VR Tutorials.
• •Reproduction, resale, or sharing of these materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer on Results

• •We provide high-quality coaching and support, but we do not guarantee specific results or exam success.
• •Student performance depends on their individual effort, as reflected in mock tests and assessments conducted at the center.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
